No Box Required at Scarlett Knob Campground

Scarlett Knob has moved into limited services. Tent sites are available for camping. A few sites with 20amp electric only (no water) are available. The showers are off. The main restrooms with flush toilets and sinks are open when campers are registered and on grounds. The group area is closed. Our credit card machine is off until Spring. We accept cash or Friends and Family paypal on arrival.
Reservations arecurrently not taken. Watch for a post for 2027 Reservation Information.
Drive ins are welcome after 1pm every day. The phones are still answered, if you have questions.
Scarlett Knob Campground is a privately owned campground located on a scenic hilltop adjoining the 20,000 acre Ohiopyle State Park, and overlooking the Youghiogheny River Valley in southwestern Pennsylvania.
All of our camping sites are wooded with an area for your tent(s), a picnic table and a fire ring.
Pets are welcome on your site. They are not permitted to be left on grounds unattended.
A fishing lake (no license required) and recreation field are available for use by campers.
Facilities include a restroom with hot, coin-operated showers, sinks, and pit toilets and a restroom with flush toilets and sinks. We have an open terrace area for Boy Scout Troop camping.
