Making Reservations In Season - Beginning in May for 2025

SCARLETT KNOB does not REQUIRE reservations.  However, camping sites are only guaranteed with a paid reservation.  We STRONGLY SUGGEST RESERVATIONS for  weekends and during special events in the area due to limited space.

               We accept ONE Night Reservations except on Holiday Weekends

Reservations can be made for ONE night, EXCEPT on the 2025 Memorial Day Holiday Weekend, the 2025 July 4th Holiday Weekend,  and the 2025 Labor Day Holiday Weekend, when 2 nights are required for a reservation.

             We Accept TWO Night Reservations on Holiday Weekends

Reservations for the 2025 Memorial Day Holiday Weekend, the 2025 July 4th Holiday Weekend,  and the 2025 Labor Day Holiday Weekend  require ONLY 2 nights to reserve - not 3. 

Any reservation made for 2 nights or more, requires  everyone who will be camping on that site during the nights book, pays for the stay of the group.   We do not “swap campers” or permit late check-ins or early check-outs to avoid paying for your reservation.  Site Leaders are information of everything when making a reservation. 

There is no price difference per night for any night of the season, except on 2025 Specials or Discounts.                     Only 1 special or discount can be applied per stay.

We will take a reservation for a specific site.  If you have a FAVORITE SITE and IF it is available when you make your reservation, we WILL reserve that site for you. Otherwise, we attempt to choose the BEST SITE available when you make your reservation to meet your needs.

RESERVATIONS can only be made by calling SCARLETT KNOB (724-329-5200).  RESERVATIONS must be pre-paid with a Visa or MasterCard* at the time the reservation is made.   For any reservation, we deal with one person per site.  We accept payment from that person only.  We do not accept multiple checks or charges for a site reservation.  We do not “swap campers” or permit late check-ins or early check-outs to avoid paying for your site’s entire stay.   Everyone on a site pays for the reserved stay length.  All reservations are processed the day they are made.

*Due to credit card processing agreements, rules, and regulations, reservations are non-transferable.
