Fireworks Regulations at Scarlett Knob

PLEASE BE ADVISED:

           THE USE OF FIREWORKS ON GROUNDS IS NOT PERMITTED.                     This includes ALL "Fireworks" as defined in the PA Fireworks Law - Act 43 of 2017, House Bill 542, Section 1. 

AND, on grounds at Scarlett Knob Campground, it ALSO includes devices such as "ground and hand-held sparkling devices," "novelties" and "toy caps".

Pennsylvania law states:

Section 2404.Paragraph b. Number 1(b)(1).   

Use of consumer fireworks. (b)  Prohibitions.--A person may not intentionally ignite or discharge: (1)  Consumer fireworks on public or private property without the express permission of the owner.

Due  to  (but not limited to)  fire hazards, noise concerns, and insurance regulations,  NO  ONE  has,  nor  will  be  given,  permission  to  use  fireworks  on  campground property.
